SIS is a day and boarding school for boys and girls age 3 to 18 years (Nursery to Year 13 or K-12). Set in a magnificent campus with stunning views of the countryside and sea, it has nearly 700 boys and girls from more than 30 different countries. The boarding house is a small, family-run unit with an exciting and innovative activity programme that takes advantage of the many recreational opportunities on offer in the immediate area, including golf, sailing, horse-riding, tennis, polo and many others. Double and single study bedrooms accommodate our 20 to 30 students in an environment which is “home from home”.

SIS is an International Baccalaureate school offering the IB Primary Years, Middle Years and Diploma programmes. Our graduates gain places at the world’s top universities. We place great emphasis on appropriate technology to facilitate learning. Both Apple and Windows platforms are used and we are developing an on-line curriculum to enable “anywhere/anytime” learning, and to provide parents with access to continuous information about their child’s learning and development.

Our commitment to intercultural responsibility is reflected in the extensive opportunities we offer to boarding and day students in our global citizenship programme, including participation in projects in India, Morocco, Ecuador and Nepal. Our commitment to visual and performing arts and sport is reflected in our facilities that include a theatre, music studio, Astroturf pitch, swimming pool, fully-equipped gymnasium and other dedicated music, drama and sports facilities. In addition to offering academic scholarships, we also offer scholarships for budding golf professionals and outstanding music or drama students.
